Our Support Workers provide support & assistance throughout the night. Duties may include assisting tenants with evening routines, personal care and helping throughout the night with any needs. Other tasks may involve helping with washing, ironing and other general household duties.

Please note: All night staff are required to complete shadow shifts & training during day-time hours before being signed off to start nights.

Salary

Fully operational salary:

  • £11.45 per hr for social hours
  • £12.45 per hr for unsocial hours
  • Sleep-ins £95.00 per sleep (overtime)

Starting salary:

  • £10.45 per hr for social hours
  • £11.45 per hr for unsocial hours
  • Sleep-ins £95.00 per sleep (overtime)

Social hours are Monday to Friday 7am-9pm, Unsocial hours are all other shifts.

We also offer a health package providing financial support for dental, optical and other health bills.

You will receive 20 days’ holiday per year, plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days plus bank holidays after 2 years’ service. 30 days holiday after your 10th year! Plus a day off to rest and enjoy your birthday!

There are opportunities to progress within the organisation, gain recognised qualifications including The Care Certificate and take on additional responsibilities.

All staff are supported to achieve the Care Certificate (if needed) and complete a successful induction period.
