The Living&Learning Zone was opened on 7 September 2010 by the Lord Mayor of York
New activities, groups and courses are being added all the time and will be added on the Events page as dates and times are finalised. Currently running are both accredited and non-accredited IT courses, Braille and art. Groups to begin soon include cooking, health walks, a youth group and a carer support group. Suggestions for new groups and activities are very welcome; at the moment two suggestions - poetry and tactile art, eg pottery - are being considered.
